Daniel Sherman is a 1996 graduate of Georgetown University, majoring in English.  Years spent living abroad in Italy and South Korea provided the natural base for a career in international business.  First as the export manager for a leading Italian porcelain manufacturer, then as an independent agent allied with producers in Greece, Egypt, Italy, and China, Daniel’s consistent focus has been on synchronizing quality overseas manufacturing with the needs of North American distribution and marketing.  He is fluent in Italian and can cause trouble in several other languages.  Based out of a Chicago office, Daniel’s approach is to reach over apparent cultural and geographic barriers to unite people in mutually enriching, ethical, and long-standing relationships.

Michael Golden attended the Rhode Island School of Design, graduating in 1984 with a major in Industrial Design and a minor in Glass.  He has been designing for the US tile and stone industry for more then two decades, focusing on showrooms, residential and commercial interiors, and product development.  Important collaborations include Artistic Tile, Cosa Mosaics, Crossville, Florida Tile, Hastings Tile, Marble Systems, New Ravenna, Waterworks, Stone Source, Hirsch Glass, and Walker Zanger.  His work has been featured in prominent trade publications including Interior Design, Elle Décor, and Architectural Digest.  Michael designs with a view towards uniting high craft with manufacturing methods that make the product economically accessible and appealing to a wide audience.  His studio is based in New York City.
